The empires of the future are the empires of the mind.
– Winston Churchill

Most athletes dedicate the majority of their time and money to training the body. They arrive at competition in shape having rarely given a thought to training the mind. Should it come as a surprise then that when failure rears it’s ugly head it is not from a deficiency of the body, but a break down in the mind. It’s a tragedy.

I won’t argue the mind as being more valuable than the body, but in the simplest of terms, train both or watch as your competition passes you by. Through mental training, we will mold your mind into an indomitable force capable of breaking through fears and creating new realities, unleashing the most dangerous version of yourself upon any poor bastard who dares stand in your way.

Hear Kevin’s first hand experience with the program.

If you have struggled with pressure, fear, doubt, managing emotions, variances in training vs. performance, limiting beliefs, or are just looking to elevate your training and performance through accountability and mental conditioning then coaching might be for you.

I say might, because your results will be in direct correlation to your committed effort and consistency. This is work. Training. It should be taken seriously, and if you do the work, you will reap the reward. Peace, power, and performance. Glory.

Coaching sessions can be purchased on a per session, monthly, or annual basis and typically last 55 minutes. We meet one on one in person, by phone or through video conference (Zoom, Skype, etc.).

I used a variety of techniques to get results which include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning & Goal Setting
  • Positive Self-Talk
  • Reframing
  • Focus & Attention Drills
  • Preperformance Rituals & Routines
  • Visualization
  • Breathing Techniques, Mindfulness & Meditation
  • Journaling
  • Self-Assessment
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming
  • Hypnotherapy

My only asks are that you respect our time and our work. Grab a pen, a pad to write on and some privacy and lets get to work. If you are open, honest, and committed, we will radically change your life. Let’s get it.

Be open. Be sincere. Be ready for change.
